What is home staging?  Home staging is the art of preparing a home for sale.  The goal of staaging is to make the home appealing to most buyers in less time and for more money.

Although staging has been the hottest trend over the past few years in the real estate market place, virtual home staging is relatively new.  Here, I will give you a full detailed report of what you need to do to get your home ready to sell.  You only get one chance to make a good first impression.  This is a budget friendly staging method verses the in home consultation and staging session.

The steps are outlined below:

1. I will send you an Assessment form to fill out that will give us the necessary information needed to stage your home.
2. You will send the Assessment form back to me along with photos of the layout of your home of each room or upload the photos to a photo sharing site like Flicker or Photo Bucket and send me the link.
3. I will email you a Home Staging Plan. Please allow 24 to 48 hours to get your plan to you. The plan includes basic improvements, color suggestions, removal or adding accessories / decor items / artwork, and instrucitons on how the rooms should be arrainged.
